KeySecure® Software
for C.Q.R.iT®
KeySecure® is a user-friendly software package that allows you to have remote desktop control of your C.Q.R.iT® systems, it is the essential link between you and your C.Q.R.iT®.
KeySecure® allows you to:
• Program and control all your C.Q.R.iT® systems without interrupting key access
• Connect directly to the C.Q.R.iT® (Serial RS232 or 485) or use a Local Area Network or WAN
• Control alarms, time profiles, PINs, key profiles
• Track users and daily activity
• Program C.Q.R.iT® and print reports without leaving your desk

ALARM SMS/EMAIL
Alert specific users:
- Immediately by Email or SMS so you know what is happening to and around your C.Q.R.iT®
- When a key has not been returned within the key timer period or within the defined time profiles
- On possible security breaches no matter what time or location
Alarms:
- Door forced
- Door left open
- System reset
- Tamper alarm
- Key Alarm – Key not returned within the defined time profile
- Key forced
- Key Timer – Key not returned within timer period

TIME PROFILES
- A Time Profile defines the day(s) and the times on those days when the allocated keys can be accessed
- The days are defined by specifying an absolute cycle pattern (e.g. specific days each week or specific days each month), or by specifying a variable shift pattern. Shift patterns are those which define access according to a repeating sequence of days on (when keys can be accessed) followed by days off (when keys cannot be accessed) – e.g. 6 days on 2 days off, etc.
- The times are defined by specifying both a start time and finish time
- Access is then restricted to the period of time within the specified start and finish times on each of the days specified
EXCEPTION:
- The exceptions are days on which access is expressly disallowed even if they fall within the ‘window of opportunity’ defined by the relevant time profile. Examples of exceptions may include public holidays or any other periods when you wish to suspend normal access. Exceptions can apply to one, some or all of the time profiles you create.
